Domestic Shipping

Orders can be tracked via the allocated freight provider. Once your item has been dispatched, we will notify you via email with your tracking number. Please check your spam/junk mail folders for order confirmations and tracking information.

American orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, unless the item ordered needs to be resized or altered.

International Shipping

Where does AntiRue ship from?

We ship all orders from LOS ANGELES. Please note we do not have any store locations, and cannot facilitate pick-ups or customer support in person at this time.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

For In-Stock items, generally, it will take 1-2 days for us to process your order.

For Pre-Order items, generally, it will take around 7-14 days (A specific time would be mentioned on the product page) for us to restock IT, and then process it in 1-2 days when it is restocked.

After we processed the order, then for 

- Standard shipping orders will take around 2-20 business days to arrive.

 WHAT SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

- For free/standard shipping, we use your local postal services such as USPS, DHL, and UPS.

 WHAT ABOUT DUTY AND TAXES?

- United States: Duty and taxes would be charged regarding your regions.

- Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, and Europe: We will try out best but orders may be subject to duties and taxes, and customers are responsible for these fees.

- International: Orders may be subject to duties and taxes, and customers are responsible for these fees. Please note that AntiRue does not have any control over duties and taxes. We cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information on these fees, please contact your local customs office.

ADDRESS

You may use any residential or workplace address where the AntiRue can hand over the parcel personally; however, we are unable to ship to military addresses, hotels, certain restricted areas, pick-up points, or PO boxes. In the interest of security and FedEx policy, an adult over the age of 21 must be present at the delivery address to accept the package.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped

back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you decide to change your shipping address,

please write to us at support@antirue.com as soon as you place your order.

 Packaging

Orders placed on the AntiRue website are beautifully wrapped in the signature AntiRue gift wrapping and delivered in the traditional AntiRue bblack box.

All orders placed on the website are also placed in especially designed discreet protected packaging for delivery.
