1ăHow do I find my ring, bracelet, or necklace size?
We offer many tips on finding your right size, you can see Size Guide here. In addition, most of our chain products have adjustable extended chain, you can rest assured to buy.
2ăCan you change the shipping address?
We cannot change shipping address once an order has been shipped. We only ask that you Contact Us in a timely manner.
3ăI chose the wrong metal color/size/initial, can you change it?
If the order has not been shipped, we can make changes. We only ask that you Contact Us in a timely manner.
4ăCan my order be canceled?
Yes, we will cancel an order that has not been shipped. If the order was shipped please refuse the package upon delivery. When it comes back to us we will issue a refund.
5ăDo you have a warranty?
All pieces over $200 comes with a one-year warranty, below $200 comes with the standard three-month warranty. Wear and tear not covered. Loss or loss of parts are not covered. Necessary shipping costs are not covered.
6ăWhat forms of payment do you take?
We accept all major credit & debit cards, PayPal,Shop Pay, Affirm & AfterPay.
7ăI did not receive an order confirmation and my card was charged.
Please double-check the email address you used and spam folders. The confirmation may have gone to an email address you donât frequently use. If you are still unable to find the order confirmation, it is likely the order did not go through.
8ăCan I modify an item in your collection?
Yes! We can customize almost any of our products. You can Contact Us for any customization requests. However, any modified accessory will become final sale and will no longer be eligible for return or exchange.
