2、Are your accessories waterproof?
All of our accessories are coated in a mineral wax, which means they’re 100% waterproof! Go surf, snowboard, or even take a shower with them on!
3、I find the pictures of your products are different from the real ones.
We do our best to display the colors and images of our products accurately on the website. However, we can’t guarantee that your computer monitors display will be accurate and depict the same colors.

4、If a product is out of stock, can I add myself to a waitlist?

All pieces over $200 comes with a one-year warranty, below $200 comes with the standard three-month warranty. Wear and tear not covered. Loss or loss of parts are not covered. Necessary shipping costs are not covered.

Yes! We can customize almost any of our products. You can Contact Us for any customization requests. However, any modified accessory will become final sale and will no longer be eligible for return or exchange.
